    @arasin @frank_chimero unfortunately the answer is yes, step 0 is to learn english. languages are less of an issue than the libraries and protocols. programming is powerful when it builds on existing work, and that work requires the use of english names for functions and data structures.

      @arasin @frank_chimero e.g. even if your language had no english, to participate in the web you have to generate "GET", "POST", and "DELETE" requests with headers that have names like "Content-Length" — english words that cannot be changed
