    @drethelin feeling unsafe because of another person's persistent harassing actions is categorically different from feeling "unsafe" because of another person's immutable qualities. conflating them is wrong in, again, an important way.

      @drethelin the crux being: the issue is not people's feelings. its the *actions* voluntarily and consistently taken by an adult that constitute harassment and contribute to a toxic environment that drives people away.
