  1. i always feel like i am missing something when trying to start a bank new c# project for mono without an IDE. it is so frustratingly difficult. how do people do it?

      the reason i want a no-ide solution is that @JetBrainsRider seems to only use the new dotnet project templates, and i dont know how to use that to create a project that will run on mono... i there has to be something i am missing
