      @rosano in my experience theres a consistent + deliberate targeting of civilian infra (airports, bridges, power plants, roads) media, medics, and civilians themselves (convoys of escaping cars), plus a willingness to terrorize (idf used to sonic boom beirut regularly outside of wars)
