      @omershapira this is fantastical given how things actually work, but: people who committed war crimes need to be held accountable. there are international courts for this. economic damage needs to be tallied and compensated. again, there are intl. mechanisms in place for that.

    @omershapira i understand and appreciate the anti-war, anti-occupation left, but the fact of the matter is that they could not prevent the very real harm that was and continues to be done to lebanon by the idf and the israeli government. talk of aid that ignores that is cynical.
