    1. android friends: ive been using the handwriting input to write arabic for two years, but it seems to be deprecated in favor of handwriting input built directly into gboard, but gboard's handwriting does not seem to support arabic? am i missing something?

    its hard to overstate the impact that arabic handwriting recognition has had on my relationship to the arabic script. its so much faster to write than the equivalent latinized 3rabi that i am writing arabic more. my handwriting has improved. i get encouragement from my aunts.
