      @ThisIsJodiT @erikdstock @Mark_LaCroix comparing him to trump isnt the point. obviously he's better than american fascism but thats an extremely low bar. i think he might still lose because he represents more of the same, like clinton did in 2016. people didnt want it then, i dont think they want a return to it now.

    @ThisIsJodiT @erikdstock @Mark_LaCroix thats what seriously worries me about the rhetoric around "returning to things the way they were" before trump. treating this pres as an exception is dangerous and gives him too much credit. hes *a direct product* of the way things were before, the place biden wants to return to
