      there is عربية pronounced "arabeeya" which is the closest but it is an adjective that translates to "Arab". Arabia as a noun, and by extension as a place, is an entirely foreign concept. similarly the adjective "Arabian" which is just "Arab" in Arabic.

    the most visible example might be The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which in Arabic is المملكة العربية السعودية al-mamlaka al-arabeeya al-saoudeeya (you can see the arabeeya in the middle) which translates to "The Arab Saudi Kingdom"
