      @omershapira havent profiled yet. but the goal is to generate the identical bytecode as a C# compiler, so i expect perf to be in that ballpark. in many cases jn's bytecode is already indistinguishable from C#'s.

    @omershapira another goal is cross-compilation to shaders, which is another reason i obsess over the cleanliness of the bytecode
