    @kragen sure, but even scheme 'hard-codes' the semantics of arithmetic in the spec: r6rs.org/final/html/r6rs/r6rs-Z-H-14.html#node_sec_11.7. this is critique from the @JuliaLanguage community. how do i make + work on 3 dimensional vectors in scheme?
